Will I need to sign for my treatment when it’s delivered?

You won’t need to be in to receive your treatment. Where possible, we ensure items are letterbox friendly. This enables us to successfully deliver more items on the first attempt. Alternatively, you can manage your delivery preferences in your account, including nominating a safe place if you’ve selected Royal Mail to deliver your items. *All weight loss medications will require a signature upon delivery*
