My refrigerated order is delayed or arrived warm to the touch

With refrigerated orders, our special packaging uses cooling materials that melt during delivery while keeping your medication safe.
If you have not received your order 48 hours after dispatch and/or your medication is warm to the touch, please contact our customer care team on 0113 265 0222 and we will have our on-site Pharmacist assess the situation right away to ensure your medication is safe to use.
Once reviewed by our Pharmacist, we will then be in touch with further guidance.
