My parcel has been received damaged

If you have received your parcel and your medication is damaged, we will need to investigate. Please do not throw anything away and be sure to take pictures of how the parcel was received and the state of the contents, as we may need this for our investigations.
If your medication requires refrigeration, please store it in the fridge in case our investigation concludes it is safe to use.
