My discount code has not worked?

Firstly, please check the validity of your code. There will be small print advising the date your code is valid from and until and also whether it is valid for the Online Doctor specifically, as we have discount codes for other areas of the business too.
We also have a known issue at present where the code is input correctly, but this doesn't reflect on the order total. When the payment is actually taken, the discount should be applied regardless, so please check your bank after making payment.
If for some reason the full amount is taken with no discount applied, please wait until the order has been dispatched and then send a screenshot of your bank showing the amount taken, along with the discount code used for the order, then we can get that refunded for you as soon as possible.
