My consultation has been accepted, but I haven’t received an order confirmation?

When the online doctor first agrees to prescribe your medication request, they will authorise the consultation. Please allow 24 working hours for the prescription to then be signed and then you will be sent an order confirmation from Pharmacy2U.

If 24 hours have passed and you have not received confirmation, please check your inbox for further questions the doctor or pharmacist may have asked you.
