How will my Mounjaro/Wegovy be packaged?

Both Mounjaro and Wegovy pens will be posted in discrete packaging, which is chilled in a parcel containing ice packs and wrapped in temperature retaining wool. This ensures that the medication remains below 30 degrees for up to 72 hours in transit.
If there are further delays with your parcel, please don’t worry. The medication itself can be kept out of the refrigerator as long as it is used within the following timescales and kept below 30 degrees;
Mounjaro – 30 days
Wegovy – 42 days
