How do I contact the online doctor if I can’t access the inbox?

If you need to contact the online doctor and you cannot do so via your ‘inbox’ , please log in to your online account and click ‘Online Doctor’ from the left column as below

From here you can press the button that says ‘Help Centre’ on the specific consultation you have a query about

A pop-up box will then appear on screen. Depending on your device you may have to scroll down within the pop-up, where you will be given a reference code and an email address to contact. You can then send an email to the Online Doctor with your query.
