How do I cancel a consultation?

If you decide to cancel your consultation, please log
in to your online account and click ‘Online Doctor’ from the left column as
below
From here you can press the button that says ‘Help
Centre’ on the specific consultation you need to cancel
A pop-up box will then appear on screen. Depending on
your device you may have to scroll down within the pop-up, where you will be
given a reference code and an email address to contact. You can then send an
email to the Online Doctor asking to cancel the consultation.
Once cancelled, any payments will be refunded
automatically within 3-5 working days, there is no need to contact us further
to request this.
