My medication list is not showing on my Pharmacy2U account?

Don’t worry, as soon as Pharmacy2U has received your prescription from your GP, your repeat prescription medication list will automatically appear in your account.  

 

Please note that if your GP has not added an item to your ongoing repeat medication list, this may not be provided, But you can add items with the step shown below. 

 

 

If you want it to show before this, you can easily add the medicine by following these steps: 

 

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account 

  1. Select Prescriptions from the left-hand menu  

  1. Choose ‘Add Medication’ and search for the name of your prescribed medicine 

  1. Select the form and dose of medicine as it appears of your prescription 

  1. Choose ‘Add Medicine’ 

 

To add another item, simply repeat the process.  

Great! You have successfully added your prescription item and it will now appear on your repeats list, ready for you to request through your Pharmacy2U account.
