How do I request my prescription using Pharmacy2U?

You can place an order with Pharmacy2U in a few easy steps:    

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account 

  1. Select Prescriptions from the left-hand menu  

  1. Choose ‘Add Medication’ and search for the name of your prescribed medicine 

  1. Select the form and dose of medicine as it appears of your prescription 

  1. Choose ‘Add Medicine’ 

  1. Select your preferred delivery date and confirm your delivery address 

  1. Confirm and pay 

  

If you currently request your prescriptions directly through your GP surgery or via the NHS app, you’ll continue to do so as normal.
