How do I receive updates regarding my orders?

Pharmacy2U provides enhanced order tracking, meaning that prescription requests placed with us can be tracked at every stage from GP approval through to delivery. You’ll just need to log into your account to see your order’s progress. You will also receive emails of your order progress at every stage and when we have your order over to Royal Mail they will keep you informed with our fully tracked service.
If you placed your request with LloydsDirect, you’ll be able to track it in your Pharmacy2U account once it’s been sent to us for dispensing from your GP.
