There's something wrong with an order I received

If you have not received something you ordered, received something different, or received a different quantity to what you expected, please check your emails in the first instance. Whenever we receive a prescription from your GP surgery, we send you a "prescription approved" email to confirm the receipt. This email lists the item or items prescribed, and quantity issued. If this is not what you were expecting, we would advise you to please contact your surgery to query this directly.
Please note, creams are issued on a prescription in the quantity of grams, liquids in the millilitres and inhalers in the number of doses.
Upon receipt of your delivery, we would ask that you check the items against the receipt of the prescription email. If something does not appear to be correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
