My medicine is out of stock

A delay on your order often means at least one of your medicines is currently out of stock. If this happens, we can split your order so you receive the medicines we do have available straight away, and the out‑of‑stock items follow as soon as they arrive.
You can request this by selecting “I need my medicine sooner” in your account [please add link to account]. If you’re happy for the order to be split, choose “Send me the rest of my order” and we’ll dispatch the in‑stock items first.
What splitting your order means for you
You get the medicines we have available without waiting for the full order.
The remaining items are sent automatically once they’re back in stock.
Delivery times for the second parcel depend on when stock becomes available.
This option is especially helpful if you’re running low on part of your supply and can’t wait for everything to arrive together.
To do this, click here and select the option, I need my medicine sooner.
If you are happy for the order to be split you then need to click "Send me the rest of my order".
