When to order your medicine

Ordering 7 working days before you need your medicine gives enough time for your GP to approve your request and for us to check, dispense, and deliver it. You can also set up free reminders in your Pharmacy2U account so you never run out.
If you need your medicine earlier than usual - for example, because you’re going on holiday - you’ll be asked to give the reason when you place your order. We’ll pass this on to your GP surgery so they can review and approve it.
