Sending your prescription electronically

The easiest and quickest way to send your prescription is to upload it during checkout on the Pharmacy2U Pet Health website. This helps us match it to your order straight away and speeds up processing.
You can also email your prescription to [email protected]. Please include your order number in the same email so we can link it to your account without delay.
When we need the original prescription
For certain types of medicine - for example, Controlled Drugs - we must receive the original, signed prescription before we can dispatch your order. If this applies to the medicine you’re ordering, the website will let you know during checkout.
In these cases, you’ll need to post the original prescription to us after placing your order.
