Removing medicine from your medicine list

Your medicine list updates automatically based on the repeat prescriptions your GP surgery has on record. Whenever we receive a prescription from your GP, your Pharmacy2U list will match what they have set as your active repeats. If something appears that you no longer take, it’s best to ask your GP surgery to update your repeat list so it stays accurate.
If you simply don’t want to include a particular medicine in your next order, you can select the ‘remove order’ button during the ordering process. This removes it from that order without changing your GP’s repeat list.
