Placing your order and sending us your prescription

When you place an order for your pet’s medicine, please make sure you’ve selected the correct item as written on your prescription. We can only dispense the medicine that your vet has prescribed.
Our pharmacy team will carry out the required clinical checks to ensure the right medicine is being dispensed safely.
Uploading your prescription
When you’re prompted to upload your prescription, please make sure the image:
Is clear and easy to read
Includes all pages and all required information
Shows all four edges and corners of the document
Is in focus (if your device asks what file size to send, choose the largest option)
Scanning your prescription and uploading the scanned image can often give the clearest result.
What happens once we receive your prescription
Once your prescription has been received and accepted, our pharmacists will dispense and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
If the image you upload doesn’t meet the requirements above, this may delay your order. A prescription is a legal document, and we must store a clear, printable copy on our system before we can dispense your pet’s medicine.
