What your vet will provide

When you ask for a written prescription, your vet will give you a document that includes:

• The name and details of your pet

• The prescribed medicine and quantity

• Any repeats they’ve authorised

• The date it was signed and its period of validity

You can then use this prescription to order your pet’s medicine through Pharmacy2U Pet Health.
