If you have received an error message when placing your prescription request with us, please try the following:
Log out and back into your account;
Clear your cache if your using our website;
Empty your basket and re-request your medicine;
Hard refresh of your web browser;
Check to see if you are using the latest version of our app
If you have tried all these steps and you are still unable to place a successful request, please contact our Customer Care Team via the chat bubble icon following this journey:
Select NHS prescription;
Submit your account details;
Select Place an Order
You may be given the option to place your order here again. Please request the needed medicines here
