I have not received my refund

If your order was cancelled at the consultation stage, this will not appear as a refund in your bank account, as we only take a pre-authorisation (pending) payment at this point. This will simply be removed from your pending transactions within 3-5 working days.
If you order was cancelled after the capture of the payment was made, please allow 3-5 working days for this to be processed. If you still have not received your refund after this time frame has passed, please contact our customer care team
Please be advised that credit card and PayPal transactions can take up to 30 days to appear back in your account. through the messaging service within your online account.
