Can I use this service through my pet insurance provider?

You can use Pharmacy2U Pet Health alongside your pet insurance, and most insurers will allow you to claim back the cost of your pet’s medicine once you’ve purchased it. Each insurer has its own rules, but they will usually ask for proof of purchase when you submit a claim.
How it works with your insurer
You place your order and pay for your pet’s medicine as normal.
When your order is dispatched, we provide an invoice that includes all the details your insurer will need.
You submit this invoice to your insurance provider as part of your claim.
What to check with your insurer
Policies vary, so it’s worth confirming:
Whether your policy covers the specific medicine your pet needs
If there’s an excess to pay
Whether they require any additional documentation from your vet
