• If you pay for your prescriptions, Ostomed may contact you to confirm your exemption status or to take payment.

• Pharmacy2U will no longer take pre‑payment or charge your account for any items that Ostomed dispenses.

• Ostomed may also contact you about anything they need to clarify to ensure your prescription is dispensed accurately and delivered safely.

• Your overall service remains supported - if you have questions about your order, both Pharmacy2U and Ostomed are available to help.
