We have lots of new features in the app with significant improvements to navigation. The new app should feel familiar, just like our website. You will see a new navigation bar at the bottom that will help you locate all our services. This will include our other services like the Health & Wellness shop, Online Doctor, and Pet Health services.

We have also included our Carer’s Account feature within the app. This can be found under the ‘My Account’ section and means you can take care of prescriptions for those you care for in one account. Learn more about our Carer’s Account feature by visiting our FAQs.

We've created a walkthrough to get to know these new features with our in-app tour. You’ll see it when you log in to the app for the first time. If you ever need a refresher, you can find this feature by visiting:
