Returns Policy for Prescription Items

For medicines dispensed against a prescription—including those provided through our Online Doctor service and Pharmacy First—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Prescription medications are not ordinary retail goods; they cannot be reused, resold, or re-dispensed.
If your prescribed item reaches you faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will support you immediately.
My MWL pen appears to be faulty—what should I do?
Begin by attaching a new needle to rule out a needle-related issue.
If the problem persists, please record a short video demonstrating the fault (attach a new needle and show the priming process).
Email the video to [email protected], including your account details.
This enables us to accurately identify the issue and assist you as efficiently as possible.
