Why do you need my payment details

For your security and protection, we do not transfer any sensitive financial information when creating your Pharmacy2U account. We’ll therefore need you to add your payment details once you’ve successfully activated your Pharmacy2U account. We will need to ensure a valid payment method or exemption is attached to your Pharmacy2U account to be able to dispense and deliver your prescriptions.
How to update your payment details:
Log into your Pharmacy2U account
Select Account from the left-hand menu
Choose ‘Payment’
Select ‘Add’ and input your preferred payment card details
Confirm your changes
Please note: If you hold a valid NHS prescription prepayment certificate (PPC), this is classed as an exemption. Follow the steps to add an exemption and select option F for a general prepayment certificate, or option W for an HRT-only prepayment certificate.
