What Happens if we do not hold valid payment details on your account

If we don’t hold valid payment details on your account, then once a prescription is received from your GP then we won't be able to release your order until this is updated.
We will attempt to contact you to inform you of this. Once you add your details your order will automatically released and being to process.
If payment details are not added, then we will return your prescription to the NHS central database to allow you to collect locally.
