You can update your surgery details from within your account, but there are a few important points to check before making any changes.
Updating your surgery information
Make sure your GP surgery is based in England and that you’ve fully completed your registration with them before updating your details.
Once you’re logged in, you can change your surgery information using the link in your account.
Important to know before switching surgeries
If you’ve already placed an order and then change your surgery, that order will not transfer. After updating your surgery details, you’ll need to place a new order so your request goes to the correct GP.
