You can close your account, but we need to speak with you first so we can verify the patient and complete the required identity checks. This is part of our duty of care and ensures the account is closed safely and correctly.
Closing your account
To close your account and make sure your move to a new pharmacy goes smoothly, please call us on 0113 265 0222. A member of the team will guide you through the process and confirm the details we need.
Before you get in touch
Until you’ve spoken with us, we may still receive prescriptions from your GP surgery. Once your account is closed, this will stop and your prescriptions will be directed to your new pharmacy.
