How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? Not to worry! Just click here and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Please ensure your password meets the following requirements:

  • At least 10 characters.

  • Upper and lower case characters.

  • At least 1 special character.

  • At least 1 number.

If you know your password but wish to change it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account here.

  2. Select Account from the left-hand menu.

  3. Scroll down the page to the Login Details section.

  4. Click update in the password field.

  5. Enter your new password and click Save Changes.
