If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the password reset link and following the on‑screen instructions click here.
Please ensure your password meets these requirements:
At least 10 characters
Upper and lower case characters
At least 1 special character
At least 1 number
Changing your password
If you know your password and want to update it:
Log into your Pharmacy2U account.
Select Account from the left-hand menu.
Select the Login Details section.
Click update in the password field.
Enter your new password and click Save Changes.
