What is a Family account?

A family account lets you manage prescriptions for family members, friends, or anyone you help to look after. If the person is over 18, you’ll need their consent, and we’ll ask you to confirm that you have it before you add them.
If they aren’t already registered with Pharmacy2U, you’ll just need to make sure the details you enter - their registered address, full name, and date of birth - match what their GP surgery has on record.
Each patient profile can have its own delivery address, and every linked account has the same features as your own. This means you can manage reminders, delivery details, and payment information for each person independently, making it easier to stay organised and ensure everyone receives their medicine on time.
