Signing up is quick and simple. To get you started, we’ll simply confirm your details with the NHS system used by your GP surgery.
What you’ll need
The name and address of your GP surgery
Your full name as registered with your surgery
Your date of birth
Your sex assigned at birth
Any NHS prescription charge exemption details
When you register, the information you enter must match what your GP surgery has on record. If you experience any issues, it’s worth double‑checking that everything has been entered exactly as your surgery holds it.
Once your Pharmacy2U account is set up, you can add the medicines you take to your medication list. When we receive your first prescription, this list will automatically update to reflect the repeat medicines your GP surgery has recorded, so it’s important that their records stay accurate.
To make sure your medicines reach you on time, we recommend ordering 7 working days before your current supply is due to run out.
