Who delivers my medicines?
Updated
Your medicines are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail in discreet, plain packaging. Delivery is designed to be flexible so you don’t need to wait in, and we can deliver to any address in the UK. We dispense NHS England prescriptions and private prescriptions written by an EU‑registered GP or consultant.
How your delivery is handled
Letterbox‑friendly whenever possible - We aim to send your medicines in packaging that fits through your letterbox (with your consent).
Safe place options - If an item is too large, you can add a safe place preference to your account, unless Royal Mail considers the location unsafe.
No need to sign for most deliveries - Most medicines are sent using standard Royal Mail services that don’t require a signature.
Exceptions that follow different delivery rules
Controlled drugs - These must be sent using a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.
Fridge items (such as insulin) - These are packed in temperature‑controlled packaging to keep them between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit.
