How your medicine will be delivered
Updated
Your medicine is delivered by Royal Mail in discreet, plain packaging. Delivery is designed to be flexible so you don’t need to wait in, and you can choose the address that works best for you. We can deliver to any UK address - your home, workplace, a carer, or a neighbour.
Delivery options and what to expect
Letterbox delivery whenever possible - If the parcel is small enough and you’ve given consent, we’ll send it in packaging that fits through your letterbox.
Safe place delivery - If the package is too large, and you’ve added a safe place to your account, Royal Mail will leave it there unless they consider the location unsafe.
If delivery isn’t possible - Royal Mail will leave a card and return the parcel to your local depot. You can arrange a free redelivery or collect it yourself.
Items that follow different delivery rules
Controlled drugs - These must be sent using a tracked service and will require a signature. If you’re not home, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery or collect from the depot.
Some fridge items - These also need tracked, signed‑for delivery to ensure they stay within the correct temperature range.
