However, ordering through your account significantly speeds up the process.
How do I cancel a consultation?
Log in to your account.
Select ‘Online Doctor’ from the menu on the left.
Choose the consultation you wish to cancel and click ‘Contact Us’.
A pop-up window will appear (scroll if needed). Simply send a message requesting cancellation.
Once the consultation is cancelled, any payments made will be automatically refunded within 3–5 working days.
No additional action is required on your part.
