Open hours:
Pharmacy2U is committed to delivering a first-class patient experience, with a dedicated team working extended hours to support patients with their prescriptions. The Yorkshire-based contact centre is open:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 09:00am – 1:00pm
Hours may differ on Bank Holidays.

Patients can also access a dedicated Help & Support Hub and find answers to frequently asked questions about all aspects of the service, including:

Live Chat:
Our new online assistant, Ana, provides instant support with your most common queries. You can request your prescription, check the status of an order, and update your account details 24/7 using the online assistant. To start a chat, simply click on the blue speech bubble icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. If Ana can’t help, you’ll be put through to a member of the team via live chat during opening hours. If using Ana outside opening hours, a team member will get back to you as soon as possible, usually the next working day.
